| Protest timetable | A pilot may make a verbal complaint anytime. If the pilot is unsatisfied with the outcome they may lodge a written complaint within an hour of being informed of the verbal outcome. Protests must be logged in writing within 1 hour of any results (interim or otherwise) being posted. The radii of these cylinders will be announced. GPS track logs will be used to determine start times and may be used to determine finish (goal) times. |

| Mystic Pass | A Mystic Pass is not required. The NEVHGC competition pilot levy reflected in the entry fee gives registered pilots free access to Mystic during the competition and for 1 week prior to the competition.
